Position: Technical Service Engineer Location: Shanghai .Responsibilities /Authorities: ●负责公司产品应用开发及对所负责地区客户提供技术支持工作。 Focus on product application development in the responsible areas. Provides technical supports to customers. ●协助当地经销商的与客户进行技术交流，提供及时、准确的技术解决方案. Cooperate with Dealers, organize technical seminars, and deliver technical trainings / product promotions to customers. Provide timely, solid technical solutions for projects. ●熟悉阀控式蓄电池应用业务及事故分析处理能力，掌握一定关于电力输变电、通信电源以及UPS设备的基础知识. Good knowledge of VRLA battery application business and professional skills of accident analysis are necessary. Basic knowledge of UPS system, power supply system, telecommunication power systems are preferable. ●定期为最终用户提供循检工作 Provide regular product examinations for the end-users. ●保持与代理商及最终用户的密切联系，收集客户信息，并协助销售部门完成和解决各种现场产品使用与应用中的实际技术问题 Keep close relationship with agency and end-user, gather client’s information; support sales department to solve the problems of products Use and technical problems. Qualifications & Requirements ●5年以上工作经验 5years + working experience, ●理工科本科或以上学历，电池行业工作背景优先 Bachelor Degree or above, the working experience in lead acid battery is highly appreciated ●会运用CAD制图 Excellent Skills of using CAD tools ●敬业，适应经常出差 Dedicate to work, be able to travel frequently. ●良好的沟通技巧 Good communication skill. ●熟练使用MS Office软件 Excellent Skills of using MS office software ●英文听说读写熟练 Good English communication skill.
